The geoKOAX GmbH has won the Innovation Prize for Climate and Environment (IKU) 2015 in the category product and service innovations for climate protection. This prestigious award from the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) and the Federation of German Industries (BDI) was awarded on 20.01.2016 in Berlin.

Basis of the decision of the jury under the direction of Prof. Töpfer is a scientific evaluation of the applications submitted by the Fraunhofer- Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI).
