Research project EffiziEntEE started

The new BMWK-funded research project EffiziEntEE at the TUHH and TU Dresden is about the efficient integration of high proportions of renewable energies into technically and economically integrated energy systems. In a holistic approach, direct interactions between the technical energy supply system, its regulation and the energy market are examined for the first time, with all components being depicted using realistic models.

XRG supports the research partners with technical expertise in physical modeling in Modelica, the high-performance implementation of co-simulations, the technical evaluation of system properties and the model-based optimization of operating scenarios.
